Marisa and Jason came in for a generational family photo a couple of years ago. As soon as they had their son, they both agreed they wanted to come back and have photos made as soon as possible. Lucky me!
The miracle of new life is profoundly moving. Marisa and Jason both cried when they spoke about the day August was born. They know the gift this little life is and as we worked together making photos, I was touched by the love they share with each other as well as the love they have for their newborn son. I feel grateful for the opportunity to document August’s first days in this world and absolutely loved being with the three of them. Marisa and John’s energy was so tender and it was such a treat to see the ease they displayed with being new parents.
They are naturals.
